I'm in a rut!

Hello! I'm in a rut... I've been lucky to work for a great company for 20 years now. A company that respects me and treats me well, but it's also is now feeling like 20 years of the same thing. I'm so busy managing people and workflows, that by the end of my day, I'm too tired to work on my own new skills. I'm about to turn 43 and am wondering what do I really want to do for the second half of my career. From talking to friends, this seems like a common theme. What's out there? Do I need to go back to school? Can I do it all online? Do I want to continue managing? Do I want to stay where I am but find another path in the company? Do I want to be more independent? Am I looking for something more creative or data driven? I HAVE NO CLUE!
